She had done it. Finally.
Whitney packed her entire life in a suitcase and duffle bag, tossed them in the trunk, and hit the road. She has no idea where she’s going, but where she’s been is no longer serving her. There’s more to the world than the claustrophobic city she was born and raised in. Thirty-two years had been enough. It was time to see what else was out there.
As she drives out of her city limits a blanket of peace covers her.
Whitney knows she’s making the best decision to leave town. For good.
